I so love a good wide wale cord – it has a velvet quality. This beautiful 8 wale cord is rich, super soft and lux feeling and comes in gorgeous garment friendly colours.

Note – the wale refers to the number of ridges or woven napped stripes in the corduroy/inch, so an 8 wale cord has 8 ridges per inch.

Spark – The slight stretch makes this a perfect choice for sewing “bottoms”. A skirt, a pair of wide leg pants or anything that might benefit from a bit of give.

Please note that all fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments. If you want 1 yard, please order a quantity of 2. If you want 2 yards, you will need to order a quantity of 4.
