  • The XX Series is Pure Blue Japan’s original 14oz Japanese selvedge denim. Since its debut in the early 2000s, the XX denim has become one of the most widely celebrated styles in Pure Blue Japan’s catalog. Woven at low-tension on vintage shuttle looms, the denim makes use of proprietary slub yarns with irregular thickness to achieve its unique surface texture. Finished with custom nickel buttons, a deerskin leather patch, and the signature Pure Blue Japan indigofera leaf embroidery. This installment comes pre-rinsed for a softer feel and more convenient sizing.
